Delicious Easter Lamb Chops
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 – 6 lamb loin chops, about 1 inch thick
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and marmalade.
